If you're the one we're looking for: Your portfolio shows your strong grasp of user-centered design and your understanding of the importance of design in strategic business thinking.
Your background includes 6 or more years of experience and a Bachelor's in Graphic Design, Interactive Design, or equivalent. You get CSS-based web layout, HTML, DHTML and XHTML, and can optimize graphics for web. You know online design from usability to information architecture to typography.
Your aesthetic sense is strong; your understanding solid on what makes a truly great interactive experience. Your inspiration is contagious. You're comfortable presenting to clients, hiring illustrators and photographers and mentoring the less experienced. You're comfortable seeing a project through from establishing a vision to final digital mechanicals.
You're up on emerging trends. You shun the expected. You manage time effectively. You sweat the details. Basically, you're a rock star who's also a team player.
