Now What? Perdue's Administration

In November, the Capstrat Public Affairs team prepared a summary document about the 2008 elections in North Carolina and how the outcome might affect public policy decisions as we begin 2009. The document gives a brief overview of issues we expect to be hot topics and some of the challenges state leaders will be facing as they take office.
