2010 Social Media Boot Camp with Erin Lane
We had a couple of great interviews with Chris Moody and Jeremy Smith this week and today, we are going to complete our panel discussion as we talk with Erin Lane. Erin is Director of Marketing Communications for Scandinavian Child. We really wanted to have Erin on the panel because part of duties with Scandinavian Child is to engage with her target audiences online through a number of channels including social media.
In our interview, Erin discusses how important it is to do your homework, understand your target markets and effectively create a two-way conversation online. She also talks about how she reaches out to the Mommy and Daddy bloggers and she will go into more detail when she speaks during the Triangle AMA Social Media Boot Camp on June 10th.
