The Triangle AMA is putting on an exciting program on June 10, 2010, a Social Media Boot Camp.  Some of the best and brightest folks in the Triangle are coming together to discuss and educate attendees on social media strategies and tactics.  Our focus for the 2010 Triangle AMA Social Media Boot Camp will be to discuss detailed low-level social media recommendations. Each presenter will be speaking about specific case studies and examples enabling our attendees to leave the boot camp and begin instituting what they learned immediately.

Beginning this week, we will be launching each day an interview with a number of the talented people who are going to be participating in the Social Media Boot Camp.  Today, we are going to kick off the week with Jim Hazen, Analytics Director at Capstrat.  Metrics must be part of any type of campaign social media or otherwise.  Jim in this interview talks about what he is going to cover in his session: Measuring what Matters:  Analytics and ROI in Social Media.
