,We are going to end the week of interviews with Nathan Gilliatt, Principal at Social Target.  Nathan is going to be presenting at the 2010 Triangle AMA Social Media Boot Camp taking place on June 10.  He will be discussing in detail the most effective ways to listen to your target audiences online.  Without question, before you can develop any kind of social media strategy or tactics, you need to understand who your target markets are and what they are talking about.  Nathan will walk our attendees through how to monitor discussions online using keywords and filters.  He is also going to go through a number of tools available that our attendees could begin using immediately to better understand their audience.  It should be a really interesting and educational session.

Nathan was nice enough to take a couple of minutes to speak about what his session will include and what everyone will be able to take away following his talk.
