Capstrat Deepens Metrics Capabilities With New Analytics Director

Capstrat, a leading communications firm in Raleigh has hired Jim Hazen to fill the position of Analytics Director. In this position, Hazen will help clients establish and analyze offline and online metrics. He brings over nine years experience in Web marketing, analytics and research.
Hazen will support Capstrat client teams by helping them elevate metrics and quantify ROI. Through tracking and measurement, Hazen will also work closely with Capstrat’s Web team to provide data-driven insights about user behavior and proactively identify opportunities to improve a site’s value.

Hazen is a North Carolina native with an MBA from North Carolina State University. Prior to Capstrat, Hazen worked at IBM and Lenovo.
