Capstrat Joins Lumin Collaborative

Capstrat, a fast-growing strategic communications firm specializing in public relations, marketing communications, public affairs and interactive communications, has joined the Lumin Collaborative (www.luminllc.com).

Created six years ago, Lumin is the industry’s first think tank as it continues its quest to discover the next generation of communications solutions. Founding members CRT/tanaka, Peppercom and Padilla Speer Beardsley are joined by Hispanic marketer Conexion – and now Capstrat. Lumin members collaborate on best practices, conduct proprietary research, develop product concepts, support each other for business development and client support and offer special MBA-related and trends training.

The Raleigh, N.C. based firm is one of the largest communications firms in the Southeast and nationally ranked in the top 40. Revenues in 2007 were $12 million. Also, the agency has been a finalist for Mid-Sized Agency of the Year, three of the past four years.
