Metrics and analytics are routine for optimizing websites and direct marketing, but what about public relations?

On November 3, 2010, Capstrat’s Jim Hazen will present “What’s the Value of Public Relations” as part of North Carolina Public Relations Society of America’s (NCPRSA) Annual Public Relations and Marketing Seminar. He will discuss ways to help organizations use metrics and analytics to understand the value of their communications and marketing efforts.

“Metrics and analytics aren’t just for online communications tactics,” says Hazen, leader of Capstrat’s Metrics and Analytics team. “Companies want to squeeze every penny out of their marketing and communications budgets. It’s important that they know which efforts – on- and offline – are most effective and worth duplicating for coming years.”
