“Understanding the effectiveness of your communications efforts is crucial.” This is not breaking-news to most. The importance of tracking and analyzing data is growing more important every day. But how do you know what to look for when evaluating your marketing? Are there insights based on visitor behaviors that can be leveraged to make your efforts even more effective?

On November 17, 2010, Capstrat’s Jim Hazen will present three sessions during the 2nd annual Internet Summit. On Wednesday, November 17, Hazen will present “User Behavioral Targeting” from 12:20 – 1:20 p.m.; “Putting Analytics to Work for You” from 1:30 – 2:30 p.m.; and from 5:20 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. he will discuss Web Analytics and Measurement with a panel of industry leaders.

“Web analytics has opened up a deluge of measurement possibilities, but determining the right things to measure often gets overlooked.” says Hazen, leader of Capstrat’s Metrics and Analytics team. “Attendees of my session will leave with some tangible ways on how they can look at user behavior to improve their communications efforts that afternoon.”
