Capital Strategies Closes Strong Third Quarter, Adds 10 New Clients and Expands Key Accounts

Raleigh, N.C. -- Capital Strategies capped its third quarter by adding 10 new clients for ongoing relationships and project work to develop positioning, create strategic communications campaigns, undertake national media relations and develop Web strategy.

New engagements include NDL, North Carolina Sea Grant, Gentry Mills, Kimley Horn, S&B, Ranger Governance, National Asphalt Pavement Association State Asphalt Pavement Association and TradeMark Properties.

The engagement with NDL, a 3-D graphics software developer based in Chapel Hill, will include marketing, Internet communications and national public relations services. NDL's flagship product, NetImmerse, is a 3-D graphics engine that is used to develop video games such as Morrowind and Dark Age of Camelot.

In addition to the new engagements, Capital Strategies expanded its relationships with several clients, including Amerix, Kindermusik and CT Communications. Maryland-based Amerix is the nation's leading processor and service provider to the credit counseling industry, and Kindermusik is the world's leading early childhood music and movement company. CT Communications is a regional telecommunications provider based in Concord, N.C.

Fee income from all combined new business in the third quarter is expected to generate an additional $750,000 to $1 million during the next nine months.
