Capstrat Announces 2004 Pro Bono Client: Autism Society of North Carolina

RALEIGH, N.C. Capstrat, a strategic communications firm, has selected the Autism Society of North Carolina (ASNC) as its pro bono client for 2004. The agencys employee-driven community involvement group, the Boomerang Society, selected the nonprofit organization after a competitive review of more than 15 North Carolina-based philanthropic organizations.
Capstrat will provide ASNC with a variety of services including design, marketing communications and public relations. Capstrat will assist ASNC in the creation and implementation of a new brand identity, including logo creation, improved Web design and collateral materials. Capstrat will help improve communication channels between ASNC and its constituencies to heighten awareness of the Autism Society and its goals.
"Capstrat created the Boomerang Society as a way to give back to the communities where we live and work," said April White, chair of the employee-led society. "Were excited to help build on the Autism Societys great work and contribute to its impact throughout the state."

During the past three years, Capstrat has donated more than $100,000 worth of pro bono hours to the Triangle community. Capstrats pervious pro bono clients include Make-A-Wish Foundation of Eastern North Carolina and Healing Place.
