Capstrat hires Smith as Web developer

Raleigh, N.C. - Capstrat, a strategic communications firm based in Raleigh, has hired Paul Smith as a Web developer.
Prior to joining Capstrat, Smith was co-owner and lead developer for Foundry Zero LLC, a Raleigh-based interactive solutions provider, and owner and proprietor of Acme Communications. Smith has extensive background in computer networking systems, specializing in Open Source technology and 508 compliance issues.
Smith attended North Carolina State University and holds an array of computer networking certifications.
