RALEIGH, NC Capstrat, a strategic communications firm headquartered in Raleigh, announced today that Frank Hill, former chief of staff to Sen. Elizabeth Dole (R-NC), has joined the firm. Hill, a 20-year veteran of Capitol Hill, will help launch Capstrat's Washington, D.C., office. Capstrat will offer federal government relations and public affairs services.

Ken Eudy is a former top lobbyist in North Carolina and served as executive director of the North Carolina Democratic Party. Prior to serving as Sen. Dole's Chief of Staff, Hill was chief of staff to Congressman Alex McMillan (R-NC) from Charlotte, and a partner in The McMillan Group government relations firm.

Hill, Eudy and Doug Miskew will lead Capstrat's federal government relations group. Miskew, an account director at Capstrat, has more than 15 years of experience in federal government relations, including 8 years on Capitol Hill and five years as a federal and state lobbyist for IBM Corporation.

Capstrat will represent the interests of North Carolina businesses, universities, research organizations, nonprofit organizations, and state and local governments before Congress and federal agencies.
