Industry Survey Ranks Capital Strategies One of Nation's Best Agencies to Work

RALEIGH, N.C. -- Capital Strategies Inc., a full-service public relations agency based in Raleigh, N.C., has been named the nation's 23rd best agency to work for by the Holmes Report, a well-known public relations industry newsletter.

The publication ranked nearly 100 agencies based on employee satisfaction levels. This is the first year Capital Strategies has participated in the rankings.

Agencies participating were ranked through an online survey conducted at the holmes report Web site. Participants were asked to give their responses to 75 questions spanning from their firm's culture to questions about trust in management, compensation and client service.

Capital Strategies has 45 employees based in Raleigh, N.C. Clients include Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina, Progress Energy, Deloitte Consulting, Amerix, Kindermusik International, the State Library of North Carolina, the North Carolina Economic Developers Association, McGuireWoods and First Charter Corporation. Capital Strategies was founded in 1994.
