Through media and public relations, media advocacy and grassroots communications, he helps organizations harness the energy of supporters to change minds and policies. Prior to joining Capstrat, Charles worked in public affairs in Washington, D.C. at the American Heart Association, Ignition Strategic Communications and Hill & Knowlton. Charles graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill with a BA in communications.
