In an office full of words and sketches, Debbie is charged with crunching numbers. With more than 20 years of experience, she is responsible for the overall financial well-being of Capstrat — from evaluating client contracts to forecasting for the future. Before joining us, she was the director of financial reporting for Triangle Bancorp. Debbie helped this community bank grow from one branch to more than 70 — experience she applies at Capstrat as our company grows. Debbie graduated from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at UNC-Chapel Hill. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business.
