Adept at converting technobabble into English, Mac files into PC documents and meeting rooms into multimedia showcases. Misbehaving microchips don’t stand a chance. Builds custom DVRs and next-gen PCs for fun. As the head of technical support for Capstrat’s design, dynamic media and interactive teams, Rob helps keep the creative process running smoothly. With 10 years of experience, Rob excels at troubleshooting and solving software and systems glitches. Before Capstrat, he served as the senior systems engineer for Sign Supply USA, helping train clients on RIP software and building custom ICC color profiles. He also gained recognition at the Xerox Corporation for his technical support of an award-winning sales team. Rob earned his BA in graphic design from Drexel University.
