Shauna Jackson
Payroll/Benefits Administrator
If time is money, then Shauna is really the one in charge here. As payroll administrator, she manages payroll and benefits as well as the timesheets and data uploads that track our work on behalf of clients. She also serves as an assistant to the human resources manager. Shauna is a staff sergeant in the North Carolina National Guard, where her 11 years of service have included two deployments to Iraq. She is a veteran in the professional world as well, with experience as a hospital medical records clerk and notary public before she came to Capstrat. An honors graduate of Pitt Community College, Shauna is a member of the Phi Theta Kappa honor society, a founding member of the National Society of Leadership and Success. If you meet Shauna, say something bad about the Carolina Panthers. We dare you.
