Vigilant about the well-being of our staff. Recently achieved Senior Professional in Human Resources certification. Beware her right hook in the ring and her hook shot on the court. As a seasoned HR professional, Tiffany handles a wide range of duties, from management training to planning strategic staffing and retention to designing a robust performance management system. Prior to Capstrat, Tiffany was HR manager at Premium Distributors, a Reyes Holdings LLC subsidiary, managing operations for two office locations and facilitating employee transitions during two major acquisitions. Tiffany also worked at Caldwell Technology Solutions as an HR manager and at the Bureau of National Affairs. Tiffany earned her MBA in human resources management from the University of Maryland.
