Quintiles, the world’s largest pharmaceutical services provider, wanted to improve employee recruitment and retention rates. It needed to connect with employees’ sense of higher purpose and tell the compelling story about life at Quintiles. We developed a new employee brand, Work Worth Doing, that the company communicated throughout the hiring and onboarding process.

 

Most applicants come to Quintiles through the web. To engage potential employees in what it’s like to work there, we created “Day in the life” vignettes that featured real employees from locations around the world talking about their roles and about what keeps them at Quintiles – what they feel is “work worth doing.”
