UNC-Chapel Hill’s Web site is a vital first impression of the university. We helped rebuild the site, relying on research, user testing and input from thousands of stakeholders along the way. The result: a Web site that showcases the university’s leadership in academics, research and public service, while providing users quick access to the information they need.

To differentiate from the sea of sameness with higher education sites, we created the experience of walking through campus. We set out to get across the spirit that anybody can play, integrated with the rigor and excellence of an Ivy League school. Our central theme was, “Preeminence minus the pretension.”
