There isn’t much Dave hasn’t done in the world of advertising and graphic design. He shares his broad expertise in print and broadcast campaigns, Web design, identity work and collateral design as he oversees the creative strategy and execution on a variety of brands. Bringing contagious energy to every project, he’s a motivational mentor to Capstrat designers and the ultimate team player.

Contributing to much of our creative portfolio, Dave’s experience extends to many industries, from health care to issues marketing, from technology to education. Clients such as CarQuest, GlaxoSmithKline, Kodak and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill have benefited from his nonstop supply of ideas that drive audiences to action.

From launching our first work with the NC Health and Wellness Trust Fund to stop teen smoking, to helping rebrand Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina, to guiding Deloitte’s thought leadership series, Dave gets to the heart of clients’ stories to deliver intriguing concepts and strategic results.

Before landing at Capstrat, Dave honed his talents as an art director at McCabe & Duval, Chisholm & Associates and Merrell DesignWorks. Among his stand-out work: catalogs for Cooper Tools, product brochures for Kimberly-Clark, direct mail for MacGregor Golf, TV commercials for SAS and ad work for L.L. Bean.

Originally from Jamaica, he earned his degree in advertising from San Antonio College.
