Erin is part of our Interactive team, helping to bring organization and order to Web development projects for clients such as Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina and Triangle Gives Back. A stickler for details, she keeps projects aligned to strategy, budget and schedule.
Previously, Erin served as a marketing coordinator with MJM, Inc., a global insurance investigations firm headquartered in Raleigh. Among her duties, she maintained and updated the corporate web site, created a newsletter distributed to more than 5,000 clients and posted on the site, and wrote press releases for a national newswire. She also worked on sales support.
As a student at University of North Carolina at Asheville, Erin didn’t sit around waiting for things to happen. She worked her way up to news editor of the school newspaper, with a keen eye for good content and layout, not to mention working to a deadline. Noticing that UNCA sports weren’t drawing crowds of fans, she started a student sports organization called Bulldog Fever. During her junior and senior years, the university saw attendance levels at sporting events grow, as well as student and faculty interest in UNCA sports increase. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in mass communications with a minor in multimedia arts and sciences.
