Working closely with President Karen Albritton, Katie provides administrative support for Capstrat’s management team. With an obsessive attention to detail, she champions quality control in our written communications and presentations. She also coordinates marketing activities and researches new business opportunities. In addition, Katie assists the client teams for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina and the North Carolina Economic Developers Association.
Previously, Katie worked at North Carolina State University as the assistant graduate appointments director. She also gained experience in local events marketing through an internship with the J.Y. Joyner Library at East Carolina University.
Katie earned her bachelor of arts degree in communication from East Carolina University with a concentration in public relations.
