As part of our Interactive team, Kira guides Web projects expertly from concept to launch for clients including the James B. Hunt, Jr. Institute for Educational Leadership and Policy and the NC Health and Wellness Trust Fund. She also produced the site for the Million Step March, a statewide health initiative of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina.
She brings extensive experience from her previous role at Capstrat as an account executive, where she worked with Google, the Raleigh Convention Center, the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce and the North Carolina Economic Developers Association. Kira’s other experience includes serving as communications and marketing coordinator for the Greater Raleigh Convention and Visitors Bureau. She also worked at McGuire Woods Consulting as part of the PR team for the North Carolina Lottery for Education Coalition and as a high school advisor/recruiter for Vance-Granville Community College.
A graduate of North Carolina State University, Kira earned her bachelor's degree in communication with a concentration in public relations and a minor in journalism. Active in Capstrat's Boomerang Society, our employee-led community service organization, she served as the 2006-07 co-chair.
