Lesley’s passion for creative strategy makes her an invaluable asset to Capstrat and our clients. A contributor to our work for Siemens, Sensus and Quintiles, she has a knack for uncovering business problems and solving them in interesting ways.

Lesley brings several years of strategic and management experience to her role. As strategic director at boutique agency The Republik, she became an expert on brand positioning, nontraditional marketing and social marketing strategies. Her advertising smarts helped craft unconventional campaigns for clients such as Shelton Vineyards, Consolidated Shoe Co. and Buster Sports, a brand she helped build from scratch. Lesley also honed her skills at EdVenture Partners in Washington, D.C., where she oversaw student-generated marketing campaigns for Toyota, the FBI and General Motors on college campuses nationwide.

A graduate of the University of Missouri School of Journalism, Lesley enhanced her college experience with a semester at the University of Westminster in London and an internship in the customer development division at Procter & Gamble.
