Tiffany works to find and recruit creative, self-motivated individuals to join the Capstrat team — a job that requires the ability to recognize the right experience, personality and talent.
A seasoned HR professional, Tiffany brings more than eight years of experience to her position. She has overseen a wide range of HR duties, from management training to planning strategic staffing and retention to designing a robust performance management system.
Prior to coming to Capstrat, Tiffany held the position of senior human resources generalist at the Bureau of National Affairs in Washington, D.C. There she created internal marketing strategies to build added value around employee training programs, an important initiative for rapidly growing companies like Capstrat. She also coordinated an annual college fair at the Bureau of National Affairs and designed training curricula, documents and manuals.
Tiffany earned her undergraduate degree in biology from Bowie State University and an MBA in human resources management from the University of Maryland.
