A seasoned HR professional, Tiffany brings more than eight years of experience to her position. She has overseen a wide range of HR duties, from management training to planning strategic staffing and retention to designing a robust performance management system.
Prior to coming to Capstrat, Tiffany held the position of HR Manager at Premium Distributors, a Reyes Holdings LLC subsidiary. There she managed daily HR operations for two office locations and facilitated the transition of employees during two major acquisitions. Tiffany also worked at Caldwell Technology Solutions as a human resources manager and at the Bureau of National Affairs at a senior level in human resources.
Tiffany earned her undergraduate degree in biology from Bowie State University and an MBA in human resources management from the University of Maryland.
