As an agency veteran, Ericka strongly believes in developing insight-driven strategies and proving their worth through data and analytics. Since landing her first agency job in 2002, she has gained a focus on integrated planning and buying, communication strategy development, consumer engagement and experiential marketing. At Capstrat, Ericka’s talents are truly advantageous for tackling client challenges for Fidelity Charitable, Carolinas HealthCare System and South State Bank. A native New Yorker, Ericka has made herself at home in North Carolina with her husband and two boys. In her free time, she enjoys knitting, cheering on the New York Mets, exploring new walking trails and partaking of the local restaurant and brewery scene.
